contact us, or connect third-party commerce and marketplace services to the platform.
AIMventory is an inventory management and commerce operations platform for businesses.
It is not a consumer social network and is not designed for public user-generated content uploads.

1.1 Information you submit directly
- Account and profile information, such as name, username, email address, phone number, password, and timezone.
- Business information, such as business name, business type, mailing or business address, tax ID, and related account setup details.
- Subscription and billing selections, such as selected plan, additional locations, billing status, invoice history, and usage-based billing records.

- Operational settings you configure, such as role permissions, locations, workflow preferences, pricing rules, marketplace settings, and integration preferences.

- Inventory and catalog data, such as product names, SKUs, sizes, barcodes, prices, costs, conditions, quantities, and location assignments.
- Order, sale, payout, purchase order, and fulfillment records used to run your business.

If you connect external platforms, we may receive data from them at your direction, including:
- Store, product, inventory, order, fulfillment, and customer data from connected commerce platforms.
- Marketplace account data, listing data, pricing data, and order data from connected resale or marketplace services.
- Authentication tokens, credential status, and sync metadata needed to keep integrations working.
1.4 Payment and billing data
Payments are processed through Stripe. We generally do not store full payment card numbers.
We do receive billing-related records such as Stripe customer IDs, subscription IDs, invoice IDs,
payment status, and metered usage amounts needed to administer subscriptions and billing.
1.5 Automatically collected information
- Log and device data, such as IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, app version, and timestamps.
- Usage data, such as pages or screens accessed, actions taken, feature usage, sync activity, error logs, and performance metrics.
- Cookies, local storage, session tokens, and similar technologies used for authentication, security, and core product functionality.
1.6 No public content uploads
AIMventory is not intended for public content posting or user-generated media hosting. To the extent
product images or related media are processed, they are typically business inventory assets or data
synchronized from connected systems rather than public user content submissions.
2. How We Use Information
- Provide, operate, maintain, secure, and improve AIMventory.
- Create and manage user accounts, business workspaces, and role-based access.
- Process subscriptions, recurring charges, metered billing, invoices, and payment reconciliation.
- Sync inventory, listings, orders, and related data with connected third-party platforms.
- Provide analytics, automation, reporting, and operational workflow features.
- Respond to support requests and communicate about service notices, account issues, and updates.

If you connect Shopify or marketplace services, AIMventory will exchange data with those services as needed
